At Mark Pardo SalonSpa we communicate with our guests using the voice of our mission; Nurturing inner and outer beauty. It’s through our mission that we use marketing avenues such as, emails, website, blog, billboards, radio, tv appearances and our 10 social media accounts. Our marketing campaigns often focus on being informative however visually inspiring. This unique blend of our visual marketing, and how we speak to our guests, is what makes Mark Pardo stand out. When we are looking at reaching our 16-25 year old audience, we focus heavily on Facebook and Instagram. Since these platforms are often accessed for ideas, we upload examples of our stylists work as well as educate how the results can last longer. When we communicate with our 45-55 year old demographic, we rely on more traditional forms of marketing, such as hand written post cards, personalized phone calls, and TV appearances.
Everything we do has been carefully crafted to not only leave an impression but best represent Mark Pardo. Everything from our menus to our business cards are all coated with “soft touch.” What this does is anyone who picks up a piece of our collateral feels velvet, causing them to do a double-take. Another way we make our brand unique is 90% of our images and design work are done in house. Everything from models to how our billboards are designed is done by our Creative and Marketing teams. The collaboration and the inspiration we draw from another is what makes our brand truly stand out.
